Brewed in collaboration with Cerebral Brewing, fermented with a mix of both of our house American Ale yeast and Saison yeast and dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra. Mango, guava note from dry-hops merge nicely together with clove and spicy phenols from the Saison yeast.
