Ham Sup Margarita is a Tequila Barrel Aged Imperial Gose brewed with salt-cured lime and french sea salt. With a stronger take on a tart gose as it's base, this beer has assertive notes of vanilla and caramelized apples from the oak, accented with zesty notes from the salt-cured lime and a satisfying finish from the addition of sea salt.
