Banish the blues with our latest beer release – Eternal Sunshine, an uplifting Saison fermented with Dupont yeast and brightened with the addition of orange and lemon zest. Its quintessentially earthy, and tart with a fruity and spicy yeast driven aroma. Its effervescent and dry but the mouthfeel is deceptively creamy. Citrus oils from peels give it a certain buoyancy in contrast to its hefty 7.6% ABV. Circumstances are ever changing, but we hope this beer reminds us all that above the clouds, sun always shines.
